Ingredients
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 med. red onion
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 package cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. oregano
- Italian dressing (can use light Italian)
Cooking Instructions
Marinate chicken breast in italian dressing for 4 hours. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions and keep warm. While pasta is cooking, place chicken on grill and cook until chicken is done. Saute onion and garlic in large skillet until translucent. When the chicken is cooked, slice breasts, and add to onion mixture. Add tomato, feta, lemon juice and oregano to onion and chicken. When tomatoes start to wrinkle, add pasta. Serve warm.
Leftovers are also good served cold.
